Patients are received in Riga and Adazi. Full gynaecological consultation: discussion of complaints, examination, ultrasonography, examination of mammary glands and other tests as needed.
The doctor advises on fertility issues and carries out the prevention and treatment of gynaecological diseases, planning and management of pregnancy, menopausal disorders, and also advises on the choice of contraception.
Face-to-face consultations are carried out without prepayment! Payment by card and cash is available at the end of the consultation. We will issue a receipt.
Remote online consultations
Reception is on Zoom. Leave a request with your data, agree on the date and time of the consultation, and pre-pay according to the invoice.
Where possible, send the available examination results, ultrasound and tests.
After receiving all the information, the doctor will contact you and discuss all complaints and questions that do not require personal presence. If necessary, you will be scheduled a face-to-face appointment for examination and analysis, as well as the appointment of treatment, operations, injections.

Laparoscopic operations
Laparoscopy is a minimally invasive operation during which the woman’s internal organs are examined and treated. Special narrow-diameter instruments and an optical instrument connected to the monitor are used. It is carried out under general anaesthesia.
Laparoscopy is used to diagnose and treat endometriosis, uterine fibroids, lower pelvic adhesions, ovarian cysts, fallopian tube diseases, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc.
Hysteroresectoscopy
Used to free the uterine cavity from pathological formations - fibroids, polyps, adhesions in the uterine cavity, indurations in the uterine mucosa. Hysteroresectoscopy is performed under intravenous anaesthesia. If there are no complications, one can go home afterwards.
Diagnosis of the causes of complaints related to the uterine cavity: heavy bleeding during menstruation, irregular periods, bleeding between periods, bleeding after intercourse or after menopause, etc.
Ultrasonography, ultrasonographic examinations
Painless and harmless method of gynaecological examination. The woman’s lower pelvis, ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix and adjacent organs of the lower pelvis are examined using ultrasonography. In the case of pregnancy, the doctor examines and evaluates the foetus, placenta, cervix and ovaries. Ultrasonography is only performed after a consultation.

Gynaecological
endocrinology
Advice and treatment on issues related to gynaecological endocrinology are provided.
On the basis of hormonal tests, treatment is carried out for menstrual irregularities, as well as complaints during menopause, polycystic ovary syndrome, early pregnancy disorders and management of miscarriage, late sexual development problems or absence thereof, competent selection of hormonal means of individual contraception, treatment of menopausal disorders.
Correction of the intimate zone
The injection stimulates the regeneration and secretion of the vaginal glands, improves the production of collagen and restores the microflora.
